Cancellation, Deposit & Gift Card Policy
We like to stay busy at B’Still Day Spa after all our livelihoods depends on it! If you cannot make your appointment, call or text us 24 hours in advance to let us know. This will allow someone else to book in that 1-3hr spot, and is a courtesy to all of us here at the spa. If no proper notice is given, or you “no show”, we reserve the right to charge 50-100% of the scheduled service.
For Spa Parties, Day Spa Packages or when 2 or more services are booked at a same time, a 50% deposit will be required. Credit, cash or gift cards may be used for the deposit. A NO-Show, or less then 24hr notice for these appointments will not receive the deposit back.
Gift Cards past their expiration date will lose 50% of their value.
